1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our Japanese language courses, requesting academic matching, or utilizing our documentation services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our consulting services.

2. Scope of Services Offered

Starlink International Education provides premium advisory services to Nepalese students seeking entry to Japanese academic institutions. These include:

• Interactive Japanese language test preparation (NAT-TEST, JLPT, Top-J, etc.)
• Direct school matchmaking and admissions advocacy with elite Japanese schools
• Certificate of Eligibility (COE) document review, auditing, and translation
• Post-arrival relocation orientation and part-time job application mentoring

3. Student & Sponsor Obligations

To guarantee smooth COE processing and avoid immigration rejection, the student and sponsor commit to providing:

• 100% genuine and legally verifiable academic degrees, transcripts, and diplomas
• Accurate financial sponsor statements and relationship proof certificates
• Immediate reporting of any background status updates or past visa refusals
• Active participation in all scheduled preparatory classes and pre-departure briefings

4. Visa Guarantees Disclaimer

While Starlink boasts an exceptional 99% visa success rate due to our meticulous preparation, we explicitly declare that the final decision to approve or reject a Certificate of Eligibility or Student Visa rests solely with the Japanese Immigration Services Agency and the Embassy of Japan in Nepal. Starlink cannot be held legally liable for applications rejected due to external immigration policy changes, local sponsor instability, or student interview performance.

5. Fee and Refund Guidelines

All language class tuition fees, application screening costs, and translation fees will be detailed upfront in our transparent fee schedules. Refund policies regarding school tuition deposits are governed exclusively by the host Japanese educational institution. Starlink documentation fee deposits are strictly non-refundable once administrative processing and translation works have commenced.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the prevailing laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
